Can an order be shipped to a foreign country?

At present, we ship only within the continental United States. The ability to ship to international addresses is available on a case to case basis.

Can an order be shipped to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Can I place an order from a foreign country?

Yes, orders can be placed using credit cards with a foreign billing address. We do not ship to foreign addresses currently. We can make an executive decision. Do send us an email at info@scorcesa.com.

What is the SCORCESA return policy?

If you are not satisfied with a SCORCESA purchase, please contact Customer Service via mail at info@scorcesa.com.

Based on the brand structure we are currently allowing EXCHANGE ONLY. All custom items are FINAL sale.

When will my credit card be refunded?

Once your package has been received at the SCORCESA showroom, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days.

You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.

Please note that your banking instructions may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from accounting.

What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases?

We accept payments via PayPal as well as Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.

How can I be sure that an item is in stock?

As you shop, we will let you know if an item you wish to purchase is on backorder or no longer available.

If the item is on backorder, we will tell you the date when it will be available for shipment.

This number which is printed on your card provides a safeguard when a purchase is made using your credit card.

For Visa and MasterCard, it is the last three digits printed on the back of the card. For American Express, it is the four digits printed above the account number on the front of the card.
